I, April Bowman, am the owner of Rock of Ages Rottweilers,  I have 15 plus years experience as a breeder.  I worked as a veterinary technician for 4 years, assisting with surgery, giving vaccines, running tests, dental hygiene and general care of animals. All of my experience and love for the Rottweiler breed is why we are here.

  Rock Of Ages Rottweilers wants to provide you with the best puppy! With German (European) champion bloodlines to insure you a quality puppy for family pet, protector and/or show with an excellent temperament!
At Rock Of Ages Rottweilers the health of our dogs and puppies is of utmost important to us. Our dogs are on scheduled vaccine and health checks.  They receive heartworm and flea prevention. We live on 10 acres in the mountains of Western NC. The terrain allows for plenty of exercise and play.  Our dogs live in our home and a very much part of our family.  As  grandmother of 12, our dogs have to have a good temperament! The children and dogs interact daily. Our dogs will wait patiently on the children as they jump on the trampoline. They love to play fetch or go to the creek with the children. A favorite for the boys is scouting around in the woods, it's a favorite of the dogs too.
All of our dogs are chosen for their temperament. We want you to have a puppy with a good temperament from birth. We are a  Breeder of AKC Rottweiler Puppies German (European) Champion Bloodlines Rottweiler Puppies with a Great Temperament 

We want your Rottweiler to be a part of your family. We offer great pups with great temperaments! You new puppy will require extensive socialization, proper training and lots of stimulus/play time. Without these things even the best puppy can develop bad habits, such as digging, chewing and other nuisances. To pick the perfect puppy for you, first you will need to evaluate your needs and wants. If you have small children, pick a more calm puppy. If you need a working dog or have an active outdoor lifestyle, pick the more active puppy.  Whatever puppy you pick, your training will determine how that puppy is an adult. I can not stress enough how important socialization and training are for Rottweilers. All my adult dogs are crate trained, muzzle trained (for unforeseen emergencies/injury), leash trained and obedience trained. I encourage you to train your puppy likewise. You and the puppy will be happier. we want to insure that when our puppy becomes your puppy, it is yours forever. Rottweilers are BIG, big on love and big on loyalty!
